The first box I got was January of 2018. I was pretty disappointed- a candle, a bath bomb and a Fantastic Beasts tshirt I will never wear. I also (tried) to order a few things from the shop. Their website/cart layout is not good. When I tried to click into my cart, it placed my order using my subscription payment info. I immediately contacted Customer Service and was not responded to for almost 3 days during which time my "order" was shipped. I was met with disbelief ("I fail to see how you could accidentally place an order- didn't it ask for payment info?" Followed by misinformation "You placed this order on xxx, not xxx" Um, no. If you read my email in which I replied to your "order confirmation, you'd see it was placed when I said it was." I was also told that clicking on Check Out was actually making the purchase. When I had not yet seen the actual items in my cart. All I could see was the monthly box the item came from and the price. Abysmal Customer Service. Not impressed. At all.

Box of Rubbish. Terrible customer service, cheep items, the sort of thing you can buy on aliexpress for a £1 and poor quality Chinese knock offsmT-shirt are basic with low quality print that doesn't last very well in a wash.
