"I had no idea all that it included!"
I first signed up for Vessel out of curiosity…. Like what is my cortisol really? Is my magnesium normal? Come to find out my magnesium is low even though I take magnesium supplements. I reached out to find out how that could be and they connected me with a nutritional coach. I thought this was going to be a way for them to upsell me but found out that nutritional coaching is included with your membership… wow.. that by itself made the monthly fee a no brainer. I find myself chatting in while at the grocery store randomly with questions about ingredients too! Love this subscription!

"Comprehensive bloodwork proved Vessel Health was very inaccurate "
I tried Vessel for a little over a month and consistently got results that said my cortisol was high and magnesium was low. Because I was concerned about the negative health implications of these levels, I requested a comprehensive blood workup from my primary healthcare provider. The results showed my magnesium and cortisol levels were all within a very healthy range, meaning the Vessel tests were not accurate. To be clear, I did the Vessel tests *exactly* as directed. I do not trust the accuracy of these tests and am in fact frustrated that I was going to such lengths to increase my magnesium levels (taking supplements, etc) because they are obviously not based on anything valid.
