"Disappointed Enough to write my first ever online review"
I would give it a 0 stars if I could. Paid for a subscription and have only received one box. I have had numerous contacts with customer service and they say everything is fine and your next box should arrive soon - and it never does. I would not waste my money on this.

"Downhill slope with missing boxes and lack of customer service"
Buyer beware. There's a sharp drop in customer service after they get you to pay for a subscription. Their website FAQ says that the box will ship in the first week of the month, or the 5-9th depending on which FAQ you read. However, my box still isn't shipped 3 weeks in. Multiple emails have went unanswered, but they were answered quickly back when I was in the first month of the subscription when the subscription can still be refunded. They also charged me again for a whole year renewal ($350!) in the beginning of this month, and didn't respond to my email about it. They did refund me (I suspect it was a system-wide error) without an apology. If you look at their social media you can see recent, similar complaints from other people who haven't received boxes in their subscription and can't get ahold of anyone in customer service.

"Vellabox Change"
I don't like the change in Vellabox. Previously, you could receive one 8 oz and one 4 oz candle of two different scents in the Viviere box. This was useful since I wanted one for the bathroom and one for the living room each month, and I enjoyed getting two different candles. I had barely upgraded to an annual subscription when this changed to one giant 16 oz candle per month. It doesn't matter to me that I get more burn time with the extra 4 ounces; I can't use it up in a month anyway. These are great candles, though! And I appreciated the free wick trimmer, snuffer and matches in the cute bottle that I received with my annual subscription!
