There is a current ongoing issue with Universal Yums. In April 2022 box, they sent us four snacks that had salmonella in it. I received my box on the 10th. On the 28th, customers received the emails about the salmonella. We had options to either get replacement snacks, a replacement box or a full refund. I opted for the refund. I believe we should all receive a refund due to the principle of accountability. It is May 23rd, 2022. I've followed up twice about this asking about where my refund was at and told the customer service representatives that this was my second batericial incident: the first being mold. That turnaround time was way quicker, and I understood that it was because it was just me. However, I feel like the customers should not have to wait for the company to sort out their legal matters for us to get a refund. I even said this in my second follow up email. This is just bad business and terrible customer service.

"Horrible Treats and Poor Customer Service"
Before my first box even arrived, I was charged for a second box. Once I received the first box of treats from all the countries, I decided that I did not enjoy the available selections enough for the price that was charged to continue this subscription. I contacted the company immediately and asked for options to return the unopened box that arrived unexpectedly and I was advised that the company does not accept returns. The agent was extremely rude and pretty much said I was stuck with it, but the good news was that I wouldn't receive another box since I'd already cancelled.

"Poor Customer Service"
Box got lost in transit, which is understandable, but when I messaged them about this it took over a week for a response. It's been another week now and the replacement box still hasn't shipped. I ordered this box, 2 weeks ahead, for my wife's birthday. Considering we still never got it, they definitely do not have a repeat customer here.
