"They took my money and sent no product."
When I received my first box, it had not been taped or sealed in any way and it only contained one product (a Luxie brush). I paid extra for Route Protection, and I notified customer service about the problem immediately. That was a month ago. The last I heard from them was two weeks ago when they told me the warehouse was still checking into some things. I requested the contact info for the customer service supervisor yesterday, and I received an email today telling me that they thought they had given me enough info and would not provide the contact. I still have no answer as to whether they will send more product or refund my money. However, they seemed to have no problem charging me for my July/August box which I also have not received.

"Hassels & Lack of Quality Make Tribe NOT Worth the Price"
We have lots of options for monthly beauty box subscriptions. No reason to tolerate the 3 issues that plague Tribe subscriptions: 1) If you have to return an item, they require you ship it a CANADIAN address with a tracking number. Guess how much international shipping is to CANADA. Nearly the same price as the monthly subscription. 2) Customer service is horrendous. Either they don't respond, or they respond weeks later, plus they don't issue refunds timely. You will have to repeatedly contact them.. 3) The quality of the items is hit or miss. Sometimes the boxes are worth every penny and a joy. But nearly as often they are filled with nearly dime-store equivalent items or a repeated item from a box within the last 4-5 months. I received one box of nothing but 'glitter' products. ALL of the samples had glitter as an ingredient. That might be fun for a 20 year old. I switched to a different brand's service with consistent product quality and better customer service.

"Not at all happy"
After 11 weeks and several emails to this company, I still not have received the box I ordered March 16th. Today is May 4th and each email reply is the same, the boxes are still being shipped.
