Trendsend brings the styling experience of Evereve’s stores to the comfort of your home...ou’ll fill out a style profile that tells us about your style, body type, and lifestyle. You’ll also be able to share photos of yourself and link us to your social media profiles.Your expert personal stylist will then create a Trendsend box just for you. You can choose to receive Trendsends every month, every other month, or quarterly. You can also choose to receive a Trendsend at any time, without signing up for a subscription." Unfortunately, they never got my style right. I kept updating it too. I only kept 1 top that I can wear to work. Colors were wrong, the style of jeans was completely wrong.

Box itself was okay. Items weren't bad, not all my style. The ones I did like didn't fit correctly (some size issues, my fault). It was just a bummer that only a few sizes were left when I wanted to exchange. The BIGGEST issue i had was with customer service. About a month after returning all but 2 items, I received a notification to review all my items. (????) I emailed customer service because there was obviously an issue but all they could respond with was - The items weren't scanned which they would be if they were sent, since they weren't sent you will not receive a refund. No mention of helping me or possible solutions to figure out why the items I sent weren't received. They could care less about helping their customers. I would've understood if there was nothing they could do about it, but I refuse to use them again after their response. Incredibly rude considering their customers are thinking/willing to pay for ~6 items at >$50 each.

None of the pieces I received were the right size! Not only did they completely ignore my size, they also ignored all style preferences. I asked to be styled for winter all year long due to the climate where I am, and in February I received shorts and tanktops (not to mention — a $38 plain white tanktop???). I also asked for no distressed clothes and received a bunch of that. When I went to checkout to send EVERYTHING back, I got error messages, and customer service was slow to respond. I thought Stitchfix and Wantable were sketchy with the "styling" but if you can't even get someone's SIZE right, then I guarantee their stylists read nothing in that style profile.
