Shipping is AWFUL. Last two boxes were over a month late. They charge you for the first box then you wait 3 months to get it. Customer service respond quickly but are not helpful or apologetic in anyway about the late shipments. Thumbs down!!

Shipping HORRIBLE!!!!!!! they have THREE MONTHS to get it together but it is getting later and later. I did not get the december box till feb. CURRENTLY WAITING TO GET THE MARCH BOX!!!!!! IT IS APRIL 9TH!
