Cancellation is a nightmare. You have to submit a request (?!) and then you're told someone will be in touch. Well I didn't receive anything for weeks and next thing I know they charged another $250 to my account. Now I'll be spending the next several days trying to resolve w/ polite yet regularly delayed customer service response team, and then a few more days after to have the funds returned to my account. Not worth the money or hassle in my opinion. Nice clothes, buy you can shop for yourself better than anyone else can (they're just happy for you to keep thinking you can't).

clothes quality is good and shipping is really fast. The problem is their sizing. I'm 5'7 125lb and usually wear US 4 or 6, so I chose everything in small. I got two tank tops and a dress in June box. I didn't go online and view all the options for this month because i was traveling. The two tops were the same style, expect one in white, the other in hot pink. They were too small I felt I couldn't breath. The dress was really cute but way too big for a size SMALL. I ended up returning the pink top and the dress in mail. I kept the white top in order not to pay the styling fee. Figured I could exchange for a larger size in store. (They don't offer exchange in mail. So I went there and it took 20 minutes for them to make the exchange. Everybody had to talk about it when they walk by which is so annoying. "She got a small in the style box but she wants to exchange for a medium!" I'm still not sure if I will be charged a styling fee because I returned the white top and got a larger size. I will update if possible.
