I ordered a themed box in January of 2021. Technically, the box I ordered should have been shipped out long before I ordered it, given that it was an Autumn 2020 box, but with the covid delays on supplies I suppose it is understandable. At that point it was, sort of. I sit here now, on the 22nd of July 2021, still having not received a box that I ordered almost 7 months ago, which was already several months beyond when it should have shipped. Emails are routinely ignored, on the rare occasion I do get a response I receive excuses and a vague "Oh I'm working on it". Other boxes, which came out AFTER the Autumn box have already shipped, btw. So what's the deal there? I did get a tracking number a month ago, but the package was never taken to the post office. So there's that.
