I really love this subscription box because I've discovered some really great products through it. I have just one criticism though, it is very hard to navigate through changing the items in your box. Even following the directions in the FAQ page this morning, didn't help me get there. For that reason, I will probably be cancelling this box, which, unfortunately you have to call a telephone number to do, and that is only on weekdays during regular business hours while I'm working. So cancelling the box is not as user friendly as most other subscriptions.

Out of all my subscription boxes, this is my favorite! Always reliable and useful products. Absolutely love!!
