Got this as a gift for the boy I nanny for. His first box arrived today. A HUGE hit!!

My special order Valentines Day box is on it's way. Im so excited!

From the very start I should have cancelled when the advertisement said order by Nov 19 and get it before Christmas. It didn't say that NBA crates only ship in odd months, so my boys didn't get their crates until middle to end of January. That, as it turns out, is pretty quick for this company. since then 2 of the 4 crates have been late and one showed up without any tracking info ever being posted on their site. That was after multiple emails to their customer service to find out where it was. Oh, by the way, it is almost the end of August and the July sports crate is STILL not here. Other than the hat my kids received on their first crate (part of the sign up promo for 12 mo. subscription), the rest of the products sent are of low quality. I also feel that one of the questions they ask for an account should be age of the recipient. this way my 11 and 12 year old kids don't get another crate with a beer glass with ping pong balls and a bottle opener like they did in the May crate.

I would not recommend. My friends got me this for my birthday In AUGUST! My first box didn’t show up until January. When my friends messaged sports crate about it they said the first box was still in the warehouse. I still have not received the first or the last box. The box that did show had some awesome stuff but their system of shipping is seriously flawed. Don’t get this subscription unless you like to wait around forever for a delivery and fight with customer service about not sending out a delivery. By this rate I’ll get my last box for my next birthday.

Sports Crate is a complete rip off!!!! The products are cheap and poorly made. The clothing fits so awkward. There is hardly any value to this product. The products are shipping A MONTH LATE and even then some of the products have to ship separately because they are even further behind schedule. You can only reach customer service by submitting a claim online and waiting for them to reply. There is no phone number. You can not review their product on any of their social media.

My eleven-year-old grandson loves his Sports Crate subscription!
