Was billed never recieved august box. Customer service doesnt answer nor reply to many emails. Ridiculous

I agree with everything the first reviewer said. Almost every one of my boxes has been late (e.g., halfway into the next month). Initially, I would contact CS, but I never heard back from them so I stopped trying (one time I contacted Sisley through Instagram and got a response saying "let me look into it" but there was no response afterward). Additionally, the boxes are more expensive (and worse curation IMO) than Sisley Paris Great Britain. The box is nice if you want to test the brand before committing to full products, but honestly, if you can go the Sisley beauty counter and try it out/get free samples, it may be less hassle. I'm definitely not going to resubscribe.

Great products, but not worth the hassles. They have The worst customer service ever! I received 5 of 6 boxes on a six month sub. My friend received only 3 on a 6 month sub! They don't answer emails or return telephone calls. It seems that they don't care about "small" orders at all. I also had a problem when I bought a $57.00 lipstick and received the wrong shade. Tried to contact them 6 times to no avail. Never again!
