"AVOID THIS COMPANY!"
Wish '0' stars was an option! I ordered a wine advent calendar and a case of wine in early October. The advent box arrived and was fine but not the case of wine. After several days I came to find out the case of wine was broken during shipment and returned to them by FedEx without ever making it to my door. I contacted Sip and Savor to find out when the new case would ship since they had already charged me for it, or if that's not possible then please issue a refund for the broken case. After MANY (>10) emails to them, finally received one response saying the item would be shipping. That was 10 days ago, and nothing has happened. Have not received any responses to my subsequent emails either. Their customer service is non-existent and I have yet to find a number to try calling them since they do not respond to emails. Very disappointed that a company like this is able to exist. I will NEVER order from them again and will NEVER recommend them!

"Don’t do it "
I give this zero stars. I have yet to get her order and it has been over 40 days and emailed 2 times now and no response. Do NOT buy from this company.

"Broken Product, No Response "
Can’t get a response from customer service, received a damaged and broken advent calendar. Don’t recommend.
