These guys nailed my fit without me having to get measured or go to a store. Received a few boxes, styles on point, zero returns so far!

The same thing happened to me, took three weeks to resolve! They "forgot" to send my free box.

That is exactly what happened to me! And it was a huuuge hassle making them give me my money back. By the time they were ready to send the free June box, it was already August, and I had moved! Took forever, but I did finally get my money back (though I never did get that free box).
