I've been a subscriber for 7 months. So far I have had only positive experiences with receiving my orders and with exchanges, which are very easy to do. I like their selection. Sometimes a perfume will vanish from my calendar (for future dates) because the popular ones do sell out. Have had no trouble finding a replacement though.

I had a Scentbird subscription and ended up cancelling because new perfumes were not fitting properly in the atomizer and were leaking and replacements weren't fixing the issue. A few months later I tried Scentbox because I had a coupon. Didn't think it could get worse than Scentbird but here we are. Scentbox's website is atrocious to try to navigate. If you have a deluxe subscription, it's nearly impossible trying to switch between the two calendars to add perfumes to your two separate queues, don't know why it can't be as simple as adding two perfumes together. Many times I thought they just didn't carry a perfume, only to find out the search function operates about 30% of the time. It just keeps bringing up the result for a perfume I searched for 3 days ago, but sometimes it actually works and shows me the perfume I'm typing in. So I have no idea how extensive their collection is, since their search isn't working. I also miss Scentbird's reviews, they're much more detailed and each reviewer can select which notes they smell from the perfume, rather than a one sentence "It was okay" or "I loved it!" which tells me nothing about the perfume. It does have some advantages over Scentbird, the main one being you can exchange perfumes that you don't like for free. If you have the deluxe subscription, you can exchange both perfumes. So you're not out $14.95 for picking a bad perfume that month. Also the Scentbox atomizer is a much higher quality than Scentbird's and you get a new atomizer with every perfume. This makes me waver on whether Scentbox has a higher quality and value over Scentbird, since I can't properly navigate Scentbox's collection. Considering Scentbox is 100% online and I HAVE to use their website in order to pick perfumes and manage my subscription, a bad website is a huge downfall for them and thus they get 2 stars overall. If I can manage to get Scentbird's perfumes to fit in Scentbox's atomizers, I might just switch back.
