I have had excellent customer service through the chat. I believe they are more on Pacific Time. I love the 2 Boxes I have gotten so far. On the lipstick, I could only get the one color in the lip stick. It’s beautiful even though I wear more red. The camel purse and card carrier are beautiful. I already have gotten compliments.

I agree, worst customer service ever! It took five days to hear back from them and it was a "sorry, nothing we can do" response. They didn't send any information about resubscribing (which I had no intention of doing) and now I'm stuck for another year of getting things I don't want or need. Plus they keep sending the same items each season. I am livid.

This company has an F rating with BBB and as you can see there and here they will steal your money. I suspect a class action lawsuit may eventually be made. I cancelled in November, was charged in February, and it seems no one works at BOS. No one picks up the phone or replies to messages in any forum. I’ve spent hours now filing with the bank and BBB to recoup my money and will spend hours more cancelling my debit card and setting up new autopay with everyone else because I can’t trust that BOS won’t mug me again. How many thousands of dollars have they stolen? I’m certainly not alone as you can see. Shameful company.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! They charge your Credit Card 2 months in advance. After receiving a completely damaged box before Christmas (oil over everything) Still no compensation or even acknowledgement. I am so angry I just cancelled my subscription however am still out the $99. Box! Worst Customer Service ever! You can buy the pcs you like from the box on Ebay or Poshmark as soon as they start shipping! .BIG RIP OFF!!

DO NOT ORDER. BUYER BEWARE I subscribed to the winter box during the black friday promo. Received confirmation for the order and payment charged. It's Jan 7 and I have not received anything. I have tried to contact the company since early december. Numerous emails and tickets. They don't respond. I literally feel robbed. I am hoping to get a refund but they have been impossible to get ahold of.

Do not order from this company. Customer service will still not respond to me for damaged items that I FINALLY received in my last box. My last two boxes items were damaged and I never received replacements. I also had difficult time cancelling my subscription. I contacted them via FB also without avail. I finally filed a claim with the BBB. They do have nice products too bad the company does not know how to manage this part of their business - save yourself the headache - very disappointing...

DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR CREDIT CARD NUMBER. After multiple quality and shipping issues, I decided to cancel my subscription. I finally received an email confirmation that my subscription had been canceled in January (4 weeks after my first request), and they refused to refund me for the Winter box even through it had not shipped yet. Then they charged me again for the Spring Box in February. I have tried to follow up multiple times about having the charged reversed, and have received ZERO response. I then received a shipping confirmation email for the Spring box and they finally responded to my request by stating that my box had shipped and they could not issue a refund. I am appalled at the lack of quality, professionalism, and customer service I have received from this company.

It is now the middle of February and I still do not have the Winter Box that was guaranteed to ship by mid-December. They haven't sent it, despite 20+ emails being sent back and forth since December 10th. I am an annual subscriber, and this was the last box in my annual subscription, so I should have been one of the first boxes to ship (certainly before all the new subscribers!). I told them 5 weeks ago that I wanted to cancel the subscription - and 5 times since then - and they have not cancelled my renewal. They are set to charge me $409.99 in two days, because they refuse to cancel my subscription until I have received my Winter Box. Which they haven't even shipped yet (!!!). They are essentially extorting money from me, as I have no way to delete my credit card information or cancel the subscription myself. All I want is what I paid for nearly a year ago - the Winter Box - and for my cancellation to be processed before they charge me again in 2 days. Their customer service is absolutely useless, and their business practices verge on criminal. DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR MONEY!
