DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR CREDIT CARD NUMBER. After multiple quality and shipping issues, I decided to cancel my subscription. I finally received an email confirmation that my subscription had been canceled in January (4 weeks after my first request), and they refused to refund me for the Winter box even through it had not shipped yet. Then they charged me again for the Spring Box in February. I have tried to follow up multiple times about having the charged reversed, and have received ZERO response. I then received a shipping confirmation email for the Spring box and they finally responded to my request by stating that my box had shipped and they could not issue a refund. I am appalled at the lack of quality, professionalism, and customer service I have received from this company.

It is now the middle of February and I still do not have the Winter Box that was guaranteed to ship by mid-December. They haven't sent it, despite 20+ emails being sent back and forth since December 10th. I am an annual subscriber, and this was the last box in my annual subscription, so I should have been one of the first boxes to ship (certainly before all the new subscribers!). I told them 5 weeks ago that I wanted to cancel the subscription - and 5 times since then - and they have not cancelled my renewal. They are set to charge me $409.99 in two days, because they refuse to cancel my subscription until I have received my Winter Box. Which they haven't even shipped yet (!!!). They are essentially extorting money from me, as I have no way to delete my credit card information or cancel the subscription myself. All I want is what I paid for nearly a year ago - the Winter Box - and for my cancellation to be processed before they charge me again in 2 days. Their customer service is absolutely useless, and their business practices verge on criminal. DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR MONEY!

I have been a BOS subscriber for several seasons and just recently cancelled. I paid for my Winter Box in November, in December I received tracking information, but the box never actually shipped. I called about a dozen times- no answer, always had to leave a message, never received a call back I emailed another dozen times- it took weeks for a response and resolution I FaceBook messaged them- the person responding obviously did not read my message because she said my issue was resolved...it was not. The customer service is just horrible, I really think they only have two people returning messages, the rest of the operation is running on a hamster wheel. Absolutely not worth $100 per box for all the hassle.

I've been subscribed to this box for about a year and a half, and these are the reasons I will be cancelling my subscription right now: 1. Their customer service is useless, I've had to contact them several times due to shipping issues, and their response usually falls along the lines "there's nothing we can do", and indeed they don't do anything (they also take very ages to answer). 2. Shipping is a nightmare. in 2015 I payed my winter box on the 27th of December, and actually received the box on the first week of March (about two months after ???). Today (January 24th) I still haven't received my winter box, which I payed on November 15th. 3. IMPORT CHARGES!!! although this might not be their fault I'm paying $100+ $15 (international shipping) + $35 import charges. This box is simply not worth $150 dollars. 4. You get more benefits if you are a new customer than a customer that has been paying for more than a year!! and that doesn't make sense to me, because I can just cancel my subscription and get a gift with purchase if I'm a new customer. This really really annoys me, the fact that I haven't received my box, and they were offering it $20 off to new customers was just distasteful. 5. Quality is depressing: for the spring box we received a fabric handbag and the "leather" straps felt very cheap, it even smelt like chemicals (and it says it retails for $238!!!!! no one would EVER buy it for a quarter of that price). All of the bags I've received in this box seem like they were purchased at a dollar store. 6. Also why do I have to ask for their permission to cancel my box?? I used to love this subscription, when I received high quality items such as the Tatcha rice powder, the Dagne Rover card case and the BKR water bottle, but lately it's been just disappointing and I'm not paying to get disappointed.

I will be canceling my subscription. I had such high hopes for this box and really was looking foreword to adding coveted pieces to my closet and to my beauty shelf. My fall box came in November. The products were fine but not the La soula rings. My winter box has not arrived! It’s now Jan13 and the holidays have long since wrapped up. I was charged for the box and charged for the duties. I was sent an email that my box had shipped on Dec. 29. Well two weeks later NADA. Customer service will not respond except for generic “Her is your ticket number and someone will get back to you on 2 working days”. Well no one has. This is a horrible box horrible customer service and really just a scam in a box.

I've been a BOS subscriber from the very beginning (i think that makes nearing 10 boxes, I've received). Over the past year I have been inclined to cancel the subscription, due to the decrease is quality, from the earlier boxes. However, I continued to give feedback with hopes of seeing an improvement. Such as, the "Tribal Bag" we received in the Spring 2017...the leather straps, were so cheap and plastic in feel, they wouldn't even bend... I couldn't even give it away! This current Winter Box, was even worse. I passed the clutch around to anyone willing to try to open it, without success. If you put the clutch on a flat surface it couldn't even stand up for wobbling back and forth. I also, never received the earrings, which was a part of this BOX. I repeatedly wrote to customer service, sharing my challenges. I was asked to take picture of my damaged clutch (hello, it's not damaged....it's cheap and you can't even open it)! Then I asked for my next box to be FREE, given two of the main pieces were either missing, or broken (could not open). And, the answer was "sorry", but no. One final note I shared with customer service: When you unpack a box of style from Rachel Zoe, the clutch purse, still in a box, with all kinds of cheap wrapping, etc, shouting....MADE in China, as if it was just pulled off of a cargo freight carrier, it doesn't exactly feel "glamorous"! What a shame. But, this girl is done trying to make it work....they need to go back to their mission statement, and try again.

My Rachel Zoe Winter 2017 box arrived today and even though it was later than expected and I knew everything that was going to be in it (my own fault for reading the spoilers), I LOVE IT ALL. My least favorite might be the Osea Hydrating Oil but only because I haven’t ever tried it, and my most favorite items are a tie between the amazing House of Harlow earrings and the beautiful faux fur scarf, both of which make me feel as if I’m far more of a glamour puss than I actually usually feel like I am. I know people say, “I have no place to wear them!” but why subscribe to a box curated by a fabulous stylist if not to push you a bit out of your comfort zone and feel a bit fabulous yourself, even if it’s just walking down the street on a regular day? Otherwise you may as well subscribe to a different kind of box, one that fits with your current lifestyle as it is, and then you won’t feel like you’ve wasted your money. I love my RZ boxes: they’re both a splurge for my wallet and a push for my wardrobe, but they make me happy! Happy holidays to all :-)

Let me just start by saying that the customer service at Rachel Zoe isn't good. Expect to wait a minimum of 2 days for someone to get back to you. I have had to wait a full week before. So I subscribed last spring & the boxes have been pretty good. The La Soula rings were very disappointing but they did send me new ones so that was better. Now with the win her box first they had my box on hold then they charged me, TEN they claimed my credit card was denied. Luckily I got someone named James who was on the ball & fixed it. But the BIGGEST let down is that I still do not have my Box of Style for the winter. We received this email saying they were delayed but they would go out by mid-December. Well today is Dec. 15th & guess what...box has NOT shipped. The whole idea of the box is to wear these things for a party. I have emailed them 3 times & each time I get the customer service pseudo rhetoric that remains ambiguous as to when the box will ship! YET...and this is the thing that really ticks me off, Rachel Zoe is offering the box now for $20 less for people to send it as a Christmas gift!! Does this make sense? NO!!! If you are already behind in getting the boxes out, (2 weeks mind you) then how could you possibly get all these orders out by Christmas!!?? Christmas is in 10 days and I am not happy. This company needs to get their act together. Makes me want to cancel. You would think they would do an add-on for those of us that have to wait. No can do I guess. I am realizing that this company is greedy and just doesn't care about their customers.

The Fall box was my first. I loved what I saw in the summer 2017 box and thought it would be fun to try. I'm on the fence. I liked some of the items but some of them were terrible quality and certainly not worth the "suggested retail" prices which I feel are greatly inflated. The pair of rings were the biggest disappointment. Very cheap looking, tarnished and diamond micro chips...what a joke. I wouldn't even give these as a gift. The winter box looks better but I have not received it yet. Finally, I'm in Canada and got hit was customs and duty. I subscribe to other boxes (FFF & Yogaclub) and I've never had to pay anything extra when picking my parcel up at the post office. Had I know this ahead of time I probably would not have subscribed to this box. Makes it rather pricey :(

I've been trying to cancel for 2 weeks, no response and I'm still showing active on their page. I'm very disappointed with customer service and was very disappointed in the fall box. Why do I have to get their permission to cancel? There should just be a link on the page to cancel. I was going to resub if I liked the spoilers for the winter box but now I'm not going to since their customer service sucks and they make it too difficult to cancel.
