I am obsessed with Proper! In the recent months I have been struggling with some added stress that has made it difficult for me to fall (and stay) asleep. I have tried a few different supplements to help me fall asleep, however found myself still waking up struggling to go back to sleep. I've been taking Proper for about a week now and have been sleeping like a baby through the night, and also falling asleep much easier! I'm so thankful to finally be waking up feeling refreshed, and will definitely be looking into trying some more of their products!

Proper saved my sleep!! I've had trouble falling asleep for years but haven't wanted to take anything OTC/things that are natural but don't work. Proper is the best - I take 2 about 30/45 min before I want to fall asleep and I start to feel my eyes get a bit heavy just in time for bed. Also I always feel really good in the mornings after taking proper. A true lifesaver :)
