I signed up for their 12 marvel pop box back on January 7th, It is now, February 28th. And I still don't have anything. Quick to take your money, but they won't refund it, and obviously not shipping what you paid for either. I have been in contact with them NUMEROUS times. It's always the same excuse, waiting on another department to respond. Once they told me they had nothing in stock and were awaiting a shipment. Exactly how the h*ll can you sell an item you don't even have in stock?

This company takes money for pre orders then doesn't send the items. I've been waiting 6.5 months and still no pops. I've had release date changed three rimes and now that ove asked to cancel and be refunded they arr claiming they don't take payment until the items are sent there fore they can't refund even though I have sent proof of payment. Constantly get generic replies and they usually contradict each other. This is a scam sight. Trust pilot reviews state the same as I do. Do not buy from those company

Avoid, bunch of amateurs that taking money from customers for pre-order before toy even produced, used my money for a year, never send the toy to me and when I chased the order told me that toy is out of stock and I can have a refund?! Don't even have a decency to apologise for their fault - pre-order means that you already took the money for order and it could not be out of stock if the toy wasn't even produced in time of my order!
