I've had the box for a few months, most of my boxes came from when the box had its pink design which I'll say I saw the review talking about how the older boxes were, better and yes they were. I remember getting 4 truffles, amazing truffles from PMS themselves it's what originally attracted a lot of people to the box since truffles can run high in rich taste, but in price as well! They were so damn good and added so much value! Not like this boxed candy stuff I'm sorry when Dollar tree, Gordmans, and dollar general sale variety of boxed candy from a range of $1.00-1.49 it makes me not wanna see boxed candy in a high priced package. Not only That PMS HAD it's own lip balm in a tin! a beautiful and actually very well made product that smelt good, felt good, look beautiful on the lips and worked well as chapstick. That's the stuff that added so much value to the package and bought out it's worth. I think most people would agree that they would rather have really good truffles which are typically high quality in taste and value than boxed candy and lip blams or other beauty/wellness products. The boxes are expensive, Most of my boxes were discounted 7-10 bucks because I reused a coupon code. Towards the end, it stopped making the boxes value go up because a lot of products were just being reused like snacks, bath bombs, lotions, and cheap amounts of cheap pain pills. Over the span of awhile the box has just gotten crappier. I hate to say it, because back more when the box had its pink design that you still see many pictures of was so much better than what it's become. A subscription box should never hold it's value in just 1 high price item that many people might not like or have enough of it as is. I would've bought the PMSPACKAGE pomegranate lip tin for $10-15. Despite being in a lip tin it has a lot of product and lots of value in quality. It's a damn shame they stopped doing that stuff. Retail small and big tend to make their own name brands like; ''Great value'', ''Nice!'', ''Market pantry'' and etc. Even dollar tree has some! Stores often make their own brand special to their store, you won't find Nice! popcorn balls at Walmart, because that's it's a Walgreens store brand. Store brand stuff can be produced for cheaper and sold for better values than the name brand. I won't lie I dislike the new pale red design it's not that I do not like the color, but it's just not that physically attractive or special.

I purchased the premium box for my daughter and was extremely disappointed. It literally came with 2 of the sample size boxes of 8 platter tampons, a single size serving can of crushed Pringles, a Charleston chew candy bar, a single 1.2 oz bag of bean tortilla chips, a package of green tea face wipes, a goo goo cluster candy bar and a box of dollar store cinnamon bun bites. No way is this box is worth 34 dollars. This was my daughter’s first period and wanted this to be a special subscription for her to look forward to receiving monthly, but this obviously is not the box for us.

It is important as a business you understand how deceiving it is to charge someone for an entire month of your product, only to inform them they will not be receiving it until the next month. I was also never assured that I would be receiving an extra box for being billed an extra month. I am concerned that I should report this to the better business bureau or consumer reports. Major subscription services like Lootcrate, and PopSugar have same month fulfillment (especially if you order in the FIRST week like I did) AND will not start charging you if you order too late in the month. Is PMS box stealing an extra $32 from some of their subscribers? The complaint is with your business practices.

Okay. The old boxes used to be amazing. Full size candies and bath bombs and even candles would be a part of every box, but I've noticed my past boxes getting worse and worse. All i get now is little tiny samples of lotion and a literal magnet I'll never use from some Etsy store. Not very helpful or nice as they used to be, but if they make it how it used to be, I'd be a whole lot happier.
