This place hasn't sent a box in 2 months. I've called and sent 3 emails. I get automated responses or emails that don't answer my questions. Don't get this box.

I ordered a monthly subscription and decided it was not for me. So I contacted customer service to return my box and they gave me the runaround to explain why I didn't like it and to replace the items instead. After insisting to return it for a refund, they finally obliged. They take forever to reply and even though they have accepted my box back, they have not given me my refund yet. This whole process has taken nearly a month and I need to persist to get a response since sometimes they do not even reply back to me. This has been a very draining experience and would not recommend this company.
