Subscribed in November and still haven’t seen a shipping notification. It’s January. Automated responses from customer service only. I am going to have to go through my credit card for a refund.

This company has terrible reviews and even worse customer service. Her ‘canadian’ products are manufactured in China . She sells pre order items that never come in stock and refuses to issue refunds. People have had to go through PayPal to get their money back. There are law suits being built against this company as I write this.

The company itself has terrible customer service, rebrands anytime they get too many negative reviews under one company. Wouldnt recommend as youll like their product and then try to order from them and wait months for "IN STOCK" items or never get them.
