THE SHORT STORY: BEWARE, THEY ARE COMPLETELY UNETHICAL I decided to try the cat food when I came across a teaser on their website of 50% off the first order. Up until then, I'd been feeding my cat the Tiki Cat raw food which he loved, but the store that carries it is out of the way and I was looking for the convenience of something that could be delivered. This was a trial offer and I did not agree to any type of auto ship program, which I absolutely never do. Upon receipt of the order, I began by slowly introducing the Nom Nom cat food. Unfortunately, it did not appeal to my cat, and he even vomited a few times after eating it. This was no big deal until I received an email from Nom Nom stating that they were preparing to send another order. I immediately responded with a request to discontinue, and stated that I do not wish to receive more of the food. I still had a freezer full of the original order! They handled the situation terribly, and claimed that it was too late to cancel. They ran an unauthorized charge to my credit card for $93.85 when the order had not even been shipped. It is now three weeks later. They never even sent the cat food, and they refuse to refund my money. LOOK THEM UP ON BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU - THIS COMPANY HAS AN "F" RATING The Websites that report positive reviews of Nom Nom pet food are all paid advertising

I’m PISSED! I do not recommend using NomNom because they don’t even give you time for your dog to get used to their food before they send you another shipment and charge you of course. I thought I had time it said August 7th and it’s the 3rd - yea well no! Apparently they charge you 10 days prior!! The Farmer’s Dog doesn’t do that! I called to complain and try to get my money deposited back into my account since $124 was all I had to my name and the girl I spoke to had absolutely no emotion meanwhile I’m about to have a panic attack because my money is all gone and she tells me she’ll put $109 back into my account minus a $15 late charge. LATE CHARGE?!? FOR WHAT?!? I tell her how unhappy I am about that but she will not budge -she is charging me this late fee. Needless to say I told her I wanted to cancel my account with them but I plan on calling back when I calm down and asking for that $15 back because that’s not fair.
