I purchased a Moxie Box & paid via PayPal without realizing that I was setting up a recurring profile when doing so. I'd had bad luck with this with another company, so I cancelled the profile, but Moxie Box had already taken $35 out of my account. I filed a dispute & began corresponding back & forth with an employee who kept giving me different reasons for when my box would be shipped. A month passed during our conversations without me upping the dispute to a claim so Paypal closed it out altogether. I still have not received a box from them & it's been over 2 months now…
