They do not consider themselves a tampon delivery service, because they see it as their job to also support you and encourage you until your cycle ends. They offer multiple types of packages, but also a Build Your Own Box option!

Idiots!! Sent out a crappy box, things were spilled, they told me to screw myself (basically) Customer service is some of the worst I have seen!

I am so disappointed with this company! I subscribes for three months and was charged likewise, but I only received one box and I received well over a month and a half later. Do not subscribe to them! Shotty quality too

I'm very surprised with some of the negative reviews here. I have been a customer for 6 months now and have not been disappointed with any of their boxes. I order the Ultimate Indulgence box and absolutely love everything that comes in it. Every time I have emailed them I get a response within 24 hours. They are very accommodating and understanding. Would recommend them to every woman.
