Pretty much the WORST perfume subscription in existence. The majority of the fragrances are marked as premium, so you must pay an upgrade or be left with slim fragrance choices. Customer service is NON-EXISTENT (they do not return emails, calls, chat, messages, etc) and shipment takes at least two weeks...usually more. The fragrances are either watered down or old, they don't last nearly as long as the actual fragrances. Seriously, save your time and money and look elsewhere.

"LUXSB Perfume Subscription"
I really love getting different perfumes each month. I did my research and this is the largest perfume subscription service also they have large variety of perfume selection to choose from. Love trying different scents and brands. Customer service is very helpful. They answered back with in 2 business days. The live chat customer service feature is available during certain times. Love the service!

"Worst service - cancelled "
The good- perfumes are good but need premium plan The bad- the site & account panel is very clunky & horrible to navigate. It’s like windows 98. The customer service is appalling. This is my 3rd & last month with luxsb. The 1st month I was charged on the 3rd & 2 weeks later it shipped. I had an issue with the discount code for a new member & sent many emails all there ignored. I called their customer service number - no answer. Their chat box is always set to away & not monitored. I got an answer on Instagram - aka they wouldn’t apply the code. The 2nd month I was charge again on the 3rd. By the 21st my order was still “processing” I sent emails again no answer. I went to Instagram dm & a day later they said it was shipped. 4 more days later I got my first ever email reply to argue it was shipped. I was charged for month 3 before I got month 2 order. Month 3 it’s 19th not shipped yet I tell them the customer service is bad they never apologize or say why!!!
