"My new favorite!"
This box is amazing & the customer service is top notch.I loved last months box & asked customer service if I could get another instead of the upcoming box & she was happy to help.She definitely went above & beyond I'm so thrilled with this new subscription & the products are very high quality.For anyone on the fence you will NOT be disappointed.

"A Reliable & Effortless Experience"
Laurel & Reed has one of the best customer service care amongst the beauty subscriptions, next to Beauty Heroes. Ideally I would prefer subscriptions showcasing the same brand, however their boxes are usually well curated, beautifully colored-theme and makes a lovely gift due to the packaging. Their best feature in my opinion would be the ease and flexibility with the subscriptions. There are good discounts (20%-30%) from time to time which also apply to subscriptions, and you can write in any time to skip a box or as many months as you wish to pause your subscription for. The enquiries are replied promptly within 1-2 working days. There is no pressure to accept a box which might be unsuitable to your needs after seeing the spoilers; simply drop them an email. Pause until you see a box that captures your fancy and get that box, pause again as you wish. Occasionally there might also be a bundle box sale where you get to pick from a variety of past boxes, subject to availability.
