I am still waiting for a refund for Maven sub that will never ship. I received an email Feb 18th 2019 to tell me they discontinued subs on Feb 15th 2019

Completely unethical treatment of customers. Julep can't just end a purchase-based loyalty program with rewards that are not honored and no transition time. I'm embarrassed to have recommended their products to my friends and promoting them on my social media channels for no personal gain. I use these items daily and a moody Judy "this is hard on us" attitude is warranted by the staff of Julep who had no day in the matter, not the official statement of the company. Six years of product loyalty gets ghosted? It's going to take a reconciliation of grand scale to gain a smudge of trust back. Shame on their new leadership.

So so sad they are closed. I got a 6 month sub, only 2 boxes have shipped. They gave me a gift card refund but my gift card doesn't work. Really shady of them to do us dirty like this.
