I agree with the other review! TOO MUCH HASSLE! I signed up for the trial box on October 31. I thought I'll try a box and see. It processed on November 1 and I still haven't received my first box which is December 20! Customer service refers back to their fine print which states it will auto renew for 3 months. I've been charged for 4 boxes of candy and haven't received any yet. I finally got a refund for 2 boxes, but I'm still waiting on my boxes. Apparently they will ship the December and January boxes. So much for Christmas presents. I guess at least I got a partial refund. I won't recommend to anyone!

DON'T DO IT!!!! The candy selection is sub-par, the boxes don't ship for 6 weeks if you order at the beginning of the month, they auto-renew as detailed in the extremely fine print, and good luck getting competent assistance if you have issues with your order. It was the most horrendous customer service I have ever received. I gifted the same person Birchbox as well and couldn't be more pleased with their service - stick with a reputable service if you are looking for a subscription. Will NEVER do business with this company again.
