I signed up for a 3 month subscription MONTHS ago, and have yet to receive anything.... Also can't get to their website so don't even know who to contact about this :(

Would stay away from this company. I purchased the Soho bag and had to hound them for months to get a response. Eventually received 2 clothing items that were not my size with a note stating "beauty items on the way." Well, that was months ago and still have a partial box. Also, it took them 4 months to send me the first part of the box. Never again. Don't waste your money or time on this company.

I ordered my last box months and months and MONTHS ago. They keep saying that my order is in process, and that I will receive it soon. Well, I'm starting to think that's just never going to happen. Very, very disappointed.

Do not purchase! I paid $139 over four months ago with nothing to show for it. They have not responded to me for my requests to return my money. Scam!

Beware of this company. I would not recommend ordering from them. I ordered a Soho bag in March. It is almost July and I've still not gotten the bag. I have contacted the company numerous times through email. Initially, they responded stating that I was "on the list" for the next bag and then that my bag would be shipped in 2 weeks. Now, I get no response to my emails. I have contacted paypal to dispute the charge for the bag. Would highly recommend that you avoid this company at all costs.

Tons of issues with this company. I have yet to receive exchanges from the February box I got. Plus, I never received the second one and it's already July. They sure have my money though. Do not buy from this company, the;y're scamming people.

I ordered the May box in April and paid for it on April 30th. My last email wanted a confirmation of my address, yes I'm in Canada but everything was clearly set up for my US address. I paid via paypal and it's over the 45 days to dispute not receiving my Soho Bag. Even if this was a $40 box I'd be upset because of the delays but I paid $139 for a bag that I don't really think is on the way. I have a blog and my next rant will be on that since my Facebook comments were removed. I'm not happy about this and could have bought a Golden Tote for this.

Do not order. I paid for my soho bag in mid February. I received some emails making excuses for delays. Now it's mid June and I still have not received anything. They haven't responded to my emails for the past few weeks requesting my money back. Unacceptable.

I splurged on three months of The Soho Bag after watching bloggers ooh and ahh over all the fabulous stuff they were getting in theirs. Mine, however, ended up being some of the fugliest, fugliest stuff ever. My friends laughed so hard they cried at one pair of Golden Girls-esque pants I got. I would advise anyone to pass on this one and spend your money on something you know you'll love. Cool concept, but I couldn't get off 'The List' fast enough.
