"It's fine, but too easy for the price"
It's fine. The first set we did, Class of '98, was easier than I had hoped, but still fun and had a lot of clues to work through. The second, Moon Summit, was laughably easy. It took all of 5 minutes to solve each box. It was such a disappointment and a waste of money. We decided to renew anyway, because we were interested in the time period and cold case aspect of Curtain Call. We haven't been able to do that mystery, yet, though, because their website is such a mess. It paused the shipping onour account without telling us. Then when we tried to restart it, it kept charging us another renewal of $165. It did this twice. I was able to get customer service to reverse the charges and send me the boxes, but then the tracking was a HUGE mess. The orders on my account on the site do not match the shipping emails they sent me or the boxes I've received. I'm still missing box 3. It's been such a headache to deal with. Between how disappointingly easy this is and the nightmare acc

I am very disappointed with this series. Very easy to solve. When I signed up they made it seem like you were signing up for a specific story. But when the story is completed they kept sending out boxes. When I realized it was another story they would not refund my money. Customer service was not helpful or kind. Buyer beware.

I ordered this a couple of months ago & checked that I only wanted 1 box so I could see what this was & if it would be a good activity for our family. Once I received it I realized it wasn’t a one time mystery but an ongoing (money drain) thing that wouldn’t work for our family gathering. That was fine as I only ordered one, right? After several emails of them trying to get me to order another one or subscribe they just sent me another one & charged my account. Apparently, the option for a one time delivery was a scam. I’m now in the process of trying to recover the 2nd charge to my account. DO NOT MAKE MY MISTAKE IN TRUSTING THIS SITE!
