I love Haverdash. I always have something to wear and their "return notify" feature totally cuts down on wait time between boxes. I'll never shop again (unless I buy something from my box... which I'll admit, I have done! The dress was too cute to return.)
I have been using Haverdash for around two months now. The first box I received had a damaged item in it and customer service was very helpful and offered my $10 off my next month. This was very generous but immediately brought my wearable items down to 2. After wearing the items I clicked notify return and then sent me items back. It was a full week before I received my next box. This box ships from Ohio (I live in NJ) and I kind of thought that was a pretty long time to wait. I used to have RTR unlimited and I guess I was spoiled by the 2-3 day turn around.
My next few packages were hit or miss and I very rarely got items I prioritized which made things a little difficult if I had an event or something and wanted an item particularly for that (I was still coming off of the RTR mentality). After a month I decided I wasn't going to proceed, nothing really wowed me and the overall lag time seemed like a lot. When trying to cancel customer service sells you hard to stay and offered me a good deal to stay another month, so I did.
Now I am in my second month and I learned you are supposed to hit return notify immediately when you get your package. I have done that and my next package has taken well over a week to get to me and the package being sent has three sweaters in it and two of them are almost identical, same color and style. I will most likely cancel after this month and I am less than impressed with Haverdash. Maybe my expectations were too high from RTR but I am willing to pay more for higher quality items and faster turnaround.

"False Charges and Poor Selection"
Totally scam-y. Offer a free trial, charge you in full instead of actually processing your first shipment as free (yes, in full, not just the credit card authorization charge). Absolute pain of calling to cancel and being told they do not offer refunds. Um....I haven't received your service or product, it's not a refund, it's a false charge on my credit card.

"Cancellation nightmare- Site offerings not worth the money."
I'll start off by saying I use a few similar sites, with no problems. I signed up back in March, 2021- as I liked the concept and the initial few products I was shown. A deeper dive (after signing up) showed a mid level of designers (Vince Camuto, etc..). that I just don't wear. I searched for a way to cancel, couldn't find anything, and so I sent off a quick email to customer support. After not thinking about it until a charge hit my account just recently- and I'm told that I need to call to cancel. I did so immediately, but that did not prompt a $60 refund... So, that's $60 ripped up for nothing. What a waste. I cannot believe that they refused to even work with me. The service was never used! Ex. I was interested in jackets- only 13 jackets were available as options- on the whole site! Very little variety. Just not a great site at all... Lots of kinks to work out.
Haverdash isn’t worth the money. It says $59 unlimited but they deliberately take 4-5 days to return a box. So the most you can get is 2 per month, if that. I’ve been waiting on a box to shop for 4 days since they revived it. It hasn’t even shipped. When I contacted them, I got a lengthy nonsense response. Here’s the email. Basically if I want to pay more I can get better service. Otherwise, you get treated how we want to treat you.
I'd like to share that your next box automatically starts processing as soon as the garments are return notified/purchased/received physically at the warehouse unless your At-Home is at double the plan. Having said that, your next shipment was subsequently triggered on November 03, 2019, upon return notifying your At-Home items.
That being said, your next box is expected to ship out shortly. We typically have a 2-3 day processing time prior to shipment. However, at times, if the items are readily available at the warehouse, they are shipped within 24 hours. Otherwise, it may take up to 3 days. Similarly, USPS may take up to 4 business days to deliver a box but in most of the cases, they are able to deliver much earlier.
It’s now 11/7 and nothing has been sent. I just cancelled. Don’t waste your money or time.
