I have been charged twice for this box and received nothing. Customer service has not responded to any of my emails demanding a refund. Not sure what to do next.

I've definitely had issues with this subscription. I've had to have parcels mailed again twice, and I've been attempting to cancel with no response. At this point, I have to go through my bank to stop the charges. I'd strongly advise caution. The leggings aren't the best quality either... All synthetic fabrics.

I subscribed for one package. It was a bit of a mess. I ordered at the end of one month and since their FAQ indicated they ship on the 7th and my order email had zero shipping information I assumed that would be the case for me. Not so. I emailed them around the 10th asking about my order. It took them 6 days to respond to me and they asked me for my email address so they could look into the status. (I emailed them from that address and I had included my order number in my original email.) I responded quickly with the information. I contacted them through multiple channels (online chat, Facebook, etc.) Two days passed. I called my credit card company to dispute the charge and emailed HauteLegs to inform them that I would remove the dispute if my items arrived but I wanted to cancel my account. Suddenly they responded and were apologetic. Apparently they normally ship on the 15th but due to the holiday people were out. They seemed well meaning and perhaps overwhelmed but I was certainly feeling burned by their lack of response. They said they would have an online account management interface soon and that seems like it would make it easier to deal with these issues then but I'm not holding my breath. As for the quality of the tights/leggings - they were okay. I would probably expect to pay about $5-7/pair for the tights and $10 for the leggings at a store so I don't feel it's a real bargain.

I subscribe and have tons of problems! Get a box every 3-4 months when it should be monthly, get billed but no box! Ugh!!! Steer clear of this one!

Does anyone have issues with this box? Do you actually get it every month??
