"Not Worth the Headaches"
The items are fantastic, but the logic of the website's user experience made me absolutely bonkers crazy so many times that I ultimately cancelled. I miss my boxes, but honestly I was tired of sending them the same complaints every time. To buy items separately in the "market" it takes you to a completely different website and your GlobeIn Bucks (whatever they're actually called) that you've rolled over can't be used there. I *think* they've changed this now, but also beware of what others mention about their "cancel anytime" policy. Sure, you can cancel...but there are no refunds. Not even if you accidentally sign up and try to cancel/refund IMMEDIATELY - nope. They just offer you a credit. I wish there were other similar options, particularly without insane shipping fees for Canada.

"Buyer Beware - Read recent reviews"
Shady company with questionable business practices. Do your research before buying anything from them. I subscribed for a year and either got broken items in many boxes or nothing at all. Had to file claim with PP to get money back for missing months. Huge headache.

"Not satisfied "
Constant broken or missing items with delayed customer service response. Also the cancel anytime part in their advertising you really have to read the fine print, they don’t refund any portion of your subscription because your not satisfied with broken, missing, or lost shipments.
