"Too many changes too quickly to make more money "
I used to love it was pretty easy and understandable but there have been so many changes lately to make more money which they should have grandfathered in - I signed up for a lengthy subscription or else I would have cancelled had I known there would be this many changes. At this point I don’t plan to extend my subscription.

"Do not expect delivery of subscription boxes for a few months"
I subscribed on June 2 and none of the subscription boxes has arrived. As soon as I cancelled after the three months subscription, Globein emailed to say items in chosen boxes ran out (even though still selling) and will refund in Maven money. i am still waiting to see whether any of the items will come.

"BUYER BEWARE "
Let me start out by saying I wanted to love this subscription. I thought the message was great and I loved the products I saw. I should’ve known from day one when there was an issue whenI signed up.I was a subscriber for two years before I had enough. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt for too long. There isn’t enough room here to say every single thing that happened. It was every single month. From delays, to random card issues (from their end), to customer service hell. This is by far the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. They won’t refund you anything, it has to go back as “maven points” to keep the money within the company. I know the ins and outs of subscription boxes, and I can 100% confirm this company is a scam. Their customer service is over seas as well so the people you’re talking to, are a sourced 3rd party, don’t believe the names Amanda, Fiona, etc. I would go back and forth forever on an issue taking 4-7 days for one generic response. Buyer beware
