I don't get how this box works...I signed up for it but it's never sent me anything but newsletters?

My box only costs me $100. However, I didn't request tennis shoes as I have VERY specific feet and didn't want those. I'm sure it would be more like $150 if I would have ordered the shoes. I did get four pieces. I've not received it yet but, I just paid for it on the 6th and it says it takes 7 days to receive from date of purchase. However, I really like the outfit they picked for me.
