"STAY AWAY!!!!!!"
This company is a joke. They have stolen over $400 dollars from our back account and tell us that we do not have an account with them. We had to order a new card to keep them from illegally taking money out of our debit card. CHEATS

"DO NOT DO IT!!!"
Do NOT do it! I thought I had cancelled about 2 days after the trial started. I never ordered anything from them - didn't even look at the offerings after my initial "trial". They claim I never cancelled & stupidly, I did not notice my account was getting charged for 6 mo. I called back to cancel a 2nd time (this took 3 phone calls) and they can't do anything about the $360 I already wasted but would cancel my account. Next month.... you guessed it, still getting charged. I called again today and the rep said she will cancel & give me 4 mo. as a refund. I guess we'll see if that actually happens. As of right now, this is an awful business model to follow. I initially told them to give me half of my money as a credit at Express & I will go spend it... can't do that.

"Don’t do it!! "
Don’t do it!!!!! The trial isn’t even worth it!!! I only received one box the whole month. Shipping time takes way too long and nothing is clear about how the service works. They offered me half off to try again but they charge me the full amount! I complained and all they can do is credit me for the next month… it’s been two weeks still haven’t received a box for this month, asked to cancel and a refund for the next month. Sorry no refunds!! Shady customer service shady business practices. Plus to keep the clothes it is cheaper to buy NEW from their site.
