Signed up for 3 month no-commitment box. 3rd month never came. Reached out to them almost a full month after they said the box was packaged. Practically said well idk what to say. Had tracking number that just says label created. Had USPS manually track and the only thing they said was it was in GA(where the label was created). Reached out to them again and were no help at all. It's been over a month now waiting for it and still haven't gotten it. Most companies would send a replacement or refund, but no. I filed a dispute with my credit card, as I'm not doing the back and forth anymore and I paid for products I didn't recieve and they reached out and told me to cancel that because it wasn't fair, but I guess it's fair that I pay for products I don't receive. Also, products are just okay. Didn't really see the value of the money spent.

I finally had some money for it and I bought it on the January 19th got an email February 14th saying my card was going to be charged again for a new box so I immediately reached out, got a response that it was sent by mistake which is totally understandable! But then I sent and email back asking when my first box would be shipping as it had almost been a month since buying. No response. Gave more than enough days then reached out on Facebook messenger February 21st. No response. Quite frustrated I decided to post on the Facebook page because no one was answering. I finally got a response and instead of just apologizing on the wait and getting to my problem, they start it by saying they went through all their messages and I never reached out. I am a customer service rep so I am nice about everything because who you are talking to is not always the one to put blame on. Well they decided to come back at me saying I never tried to reach out and then proceeded to say they didn’t have an R for a necklace so I don’t even get my February box so gotta wait for the next. I posted so many times on their Facebook about how ABSOLUTELY EXCITED I was to get this box and now I am so unbelievably turned off of it. 👎🏼
