They take forever to ship, I got my April 2020 box and its June 2020 lol useless, CS is a Nightmare and there box is missing value for what I am paying all they could do was a lousy bottle for a glass piece i expected better

I love this box. Never unhappy with the new box each month. Customer service is great. The glass pipes are so awesome!! Great buy and so many new products!
