"Amended review...but still disappointed"

I wrote a poor review (see above) for the lack of response to my inquiries. I finally received a response, and the company claims to have emailed me (though I haven't found that email in my inbox or my spam). I appreciate the eventual response...and the products are great. However, it is difficult to get in touch with customer support, and there is no direction on how to cancel subscriptions if desired, so I am amending my review to three stars and not a full 4 or 5.

"Beware! No customer support readily available!"

I was so looking forward to this subscription. I mistakenly ordered duplicates and have found it is near impossible to get in touch with the company to a) change my subscription; and b) receive a refund. There is no contact phone or email, only an automatic form that so far does not get anyone to respond to me.
Beware! The box description says you can cancel at anytime, but it does not provide info on how to cancel! Because it automatically renews, it appears you are stuck with the subscription.
