This was about the worst hair color I have ever used. It not only didn’t cover my gray, it actually stripped out some of my previous coverage. The formula was odd and went on with a weird viscosity. It felt drying when applied and unfortunately it was a disaster for my hair. When rinsing it was all plastered and matted together and it took a bunch of rinsing and conditioning to get it out. I could barely comb it out even with leave in conditioner and I have straight and fairly fine hair. My hair felt so straw-like that a week later I had a bunch cut off. It is still quite dry and damaged. I usually use Ion hair color. I’ve tried many different hair colors over a period of 20+ years, but this is in the top two worst. One positive: The actual color match was spot on with my current color.
