"Not worth it"
I felt so sad because I wanted to love this. It’s a great idea and some of the products you get are neat but I really don’t think the prices match the products you receive. Furthermore, it takes forever to get your box and they do not care. There is not canceling, no refunds, nothing. Some of the products I got were just flat out garbage and useless. I received this serum in the summer box it was listed as like $60 but it smelled and looked like olive oil.... for my face 🤢

"Wanted to like it but..."
I really was excited to get the Spring Causebox. I signed up for an annual membership and even ordered some add-ons in Feb. On their website they claim shipping March 1 for the boxes. Well, here we are midApril and my box is still awaiting shipment. I also received the wrong item from the add-on store. I ordered an Earth Harbor face set and I received a yoga mat sanitizer spray. Between that and the lack of communication from the company from all their member questions on Facebook, I decided to cancel my membership and get a full refund. This company doesn’t seem to care about customer comments or satisfaction. They just ignore any questions online and when they respond by email it’s a preprinted response. I’ve had much better support from fabfitfun and Kinder beauty.

"Too Much Crap"
The tea kettle (feature item worth over $100) in the winter 2021 box was so poorly made, with cheap Indian steel that has high nickel in it. It also had a sharp metal bit hanging off the spout which would slice your hand if you touched it. I wrote to them and they offered me $10 to spend in their Market :|
The scented items are often synthetically fragranced. Synthetic fragrance causes near-immune dysfunction, cancer, hormonal issues and more. I have explained this to them and asked for alternatives. They didn't care that they were distributing poison and said that the company helps feed children. So what if you're feeding them while poisoning the planet? It doesn't make sense.
Most items are NOT sustainable as they don't last past one season; they fall apart.
I do like the bowls we got in a box 2 boxes ago, but if that's it, why pay $200/year and support the dissemination of yet more junk I don't need by I company that doesn't have my values?
