Terrible experience.. Ordered a Grav Banger with a couple lighters and a Terpometer in ONE order. First, Cannabox manually separated my order without asking, creating 2 SEPARATE packages that I had to wait around to sign for because of their "Signing Policy". Scheduling time to sign for one package (that I planned for) wasn't a problem, but 2 was excessive and a big inconvenience for me. I received the first package(TerpoMeter) no problem. A couple days pass and the last package comes. I sign for my last Cannabox package, open it up, and it is literally only 2 lighters.. They didn't send me my Grav Banger I ordered, didn't even notify me. I waited ALL DAY to sign for 2 lighters... I had even bought a new rig, couple grams, the Terpometer, and was waiting on the Grav banger that would complete the setup!!!! It would of been fine if they told me so I could have bought a nail somewhere else, but they didn't even bother to send me an email, nor did they send me my Banger I paid for and was banking on. My disappointment is immeasurable and my day is ruined. I am NEVER shopping at Cannabox again.
