NAMASTE AWAY!!! I have never had to cancel a credit card before related to a subscription box, but I had to this time. I received a coupon for a half price box in December and it never arrived. When I was charged for a full price box in January, it took about two weeks and ten follow up emails from me for them to figure out how to send me the December box they missed. When I initially emailed them in January, I also canceled the subscription - I wasn't happy with the process and hadn't even seen a box before they started charging me full price. However, this month I got charged again. Since then, despite reaching out SEVERAL times (I can only reach that way), I have not had a single response with respect to this issue. When I tried to log into the website to make sure my subscription was canceled, my email has been removed from their system. Unfortunately, there is no other way to ensure I won't get charged but to cancel my credit card. As I'm sure you are aware, this creates a number of issues with the rest of my life. Needless to say, this is the most zen-less process I've been through with a subscription service. The products are actually good, but not worth the hassle. There isn't a zero star option for Shipping, Customer Service, Curation or Ease of Canceling, so one was my closest option.

What a treat to receive the creative and inspiring treats in my Buddhi Box! Love the Mala included in the box as well as the Abundance candle. I travel for work and take the candle wherever I go! Very impressed with my first box and look forward to what's in store next!
