They deserve zero stars for horrible service and a customer service staff that prefers to make sarcastic comments rather than help. Ordered flowers for a very special occasion and asked for flowers to be delivered that day. They never arrived and customer service rep wasn't helpful. Then fiancee got them a week later dead and most were off of the stems. Replacement flowers were supposed to be delivered a week later but on that date only a label had been created and then shipment was cancelled without a word from the company. Don't waste your time unless you want horrible customer service and dead flowers. This company has no compassion and doesn't stand behind their flowers. Please look at reputable flower companies as this sure isn't one.

I was gifted a subscription of the Small Box, which was an incredibly thoughtful gift. Who doesn't want fresh flowers delivered to their door every month?! After a couple of months of deliveries and interactions with the Customer Service team, I wanted to give some feedback. This idea is great... BUT, you do not get what you pay for. My two deliveries so far have been the equivalent of $10-$15 bouquets, yet the cost is $40/month. Personally, I would not recommend this service due to the ridiculous markup. With that said, the cuts and arrangement so far have been very fresh and beautiful.
