"This company is scam artists.!!!!"
This company is a joke. I canceled due to financial issues, they told me I still have to pay til March. I reached out numerous times to cancel and stated I can't use their products due to my skin. I am still paying for products I absolutely can't use on my skin. I wouldn't recommend this company what so ever. It's ridiculous I'm basically throwing 15 dollars away monthly on products I can't even use. What a joke of a company.!!!

"1 of 3 boxes I get, they're a mixed bag for me..."
I get Birchbox, Ipsy, and Boxycharm. I canceled Birch after 2 mos but they made me a deal to come back at $8/mo if I paid a year in advance, so I did. I'm happy I did because at this price I can appreciate the samples. What I don't like is that both Ipsy and especially Boxycharm have sales that blow Burchbox out of the water. If I like a product in my Birchbox I have to pay full price for it on their site and that's not something I want or can afford to do.

"Where is the diversity? – women do not fall into a one-product-fits-all category."
I found the birch box beauty profile simplistic and non-defining. Skin-tone, hair color, & eye color is overlooked when they packed my monthly box. Discontinued products with multiple complaints were used as cheap fillers. What’s worse is no option to select samples that might interest me or follow my skin care routine keep in-line with products for my color-treated hair, breakout-prone skin, or darker skin complexion. Thin, fine hair should not be given heavy, oily products. My sensitive skin can’t handle the BB, nor the CC creams that clog my pores and cause embarrassing breakouts. Blush was too bright pink for my skin tone & eyebrow gel was light brown,- which didn’t bode well with olive skin-tone & dark brown/black eyebrows. The ginger shampoo devoured my color treated hair – so much for hiding grays-it stripped the color right off and the money ran down the drain with the color. The profile needs to be more in-depth and should be utilized when packing each box
