"Very Disappointed "
Very disappointing on many levels. I purchased a one year subscription and have gotten repeat items, when I contacted CS to skip box due to almost the entire box being repeat they stated it was not possible to skip. When I tried to cancel I was unable. Very frustrating CS was slow with reply then short and unwilling to assist. When I received a broken item same thing CS was slow and unwilling to assist.

"Being billed even though cancelled !!!!!"
I have subscribed to BeKind for several years. It seems my last subscription included auto renewal (of which I was unaware). When E-mail came regarding an auto renewal for $218 I was astounded at this price. I was not interested at this price. I tried to reach someone by phone without success!! I replied to the e-mail and return message "sorry to see you go your subscription is cancelled". A month later I see the $218 on my credit card. AGAIN cannot reach a person via phone. I put in a dispute with my credit card and with back and forth e-mails I am told I cancelled to late even though my message was sent the same day as the renewal was to take place. I do not know if Ellen is aware of this UNKIND method but I do not feel as happy with her show anymore!!

"SCAM. No product delivered, horrible customer service "
I’m starting to believe all the bad press Ellen is getting if she’s really associated with this scam. DO NOT FALL FOR IT! I’ve been billed twice, August for the Fall box and November for the Winter box. Have received neither. Have emailed numerous times and keep getting the same inane canned response. Now they are posting unboxing of the Winter box! Terrible company, nonexistent customer service. And frankly, the quality of content of the boxes isn’t that great.
