I have subscribed for 2 years. Recently got an email that they were experiencing suply chain issues and the next bag would be delayed a month. a month has come and gone. No answer to email inquiries.

I've been trying to look at my account on the site. Each time I click on my account, it shows my last (and first) box and it disappears right away. I want to cancel my subscription and can't even get to my account information to do anything. I've emailed them twice with no response at all. Very frustrating. I'll have to check out their Facebook. I want to get my card off of there as soon as possible. Wish I never signed up for it. Wondering if anyone else is having the same issue.
