Yep avoid people they are really ripping people off... I subscribed to a 3 month service and has gotten only one so far after three months time... the contents were not really something either... think smart and avoid it completely
It's a fucking scam.

I bought this in early November as an Xmas gift and waited. And waited. And continued to wait. Christmas came and went without any update.
I was willing to give them benefit of the doubt - maybe I messed up and there was a full month of processing? So after Xmas I sent an email through their website. I messaged them on facebook. I sent tweets. I did all of these multiple times and they never replied to a single message. It has now been 2 months since I placed the order and the only email I received from them was confirming my order was initially placed.
I had to file a claim through my bank to get it reimbursed, and they had to wait the entire time before it ruled in my favor. They wouldn't even reply to the bank!
With a number of high quality subscription box options out there for anime, why would you go with this one? Avoid it like the plague and spend your money elsewhere instead of throwing it into a pit where you'll need to fight to get refunded.
DO NOT GET THIS BOX!!! In August my sister ordered two different crates from them for $230. Guess what? By the start of freaking November she didn't have either box and no word whatsoever from them. She had to send multiple emails, facebook messages, and tweet them. Guess what response she got after saying she was going to go ahead and dispute the charges with her bank? An email previewing next month's theme, urging her to sign up now!
