I tried...I really tried to love this subscription. I just gave up and canceled. Today was the last straw for me...it broke the camels back. You would think for $25 they would have better items and better service! I ordered soap and body butter using a $15 off code they gave me (because they messed up my order) and damn if they didn't do it AGAIN!!! Cocotique is cheaper and much much much better! DO NOT SUBSCRIBE...it will be wasted time and a headache!

I cancelled before I even received my first box which took about two months to get to me. It's disappointing because the idea is amazing but the shipping situation is ridiculous!

I cancelled this subscription after receiving 54 monthly boxes due to broken and missing items as well as duplicate items. Not acceptable for 25 bucks per month. I will consider resubscribing if this service becomes more professional as I really liked the products that did arrive intact. They do feature good brands such as Cargo and some quality new brands that I had not heard of.
