I received this email from the owner today:
Hello Matthew
We had a big problem with November's box las month. :( Apparently, the shipping label used on the boxes were improperly used and so all of the boxes got lost in mail Neverland.
This shipping label was the last profitable shipping option to try, so with the failure of it to work,
Thinksoap will be discontinued. Your money has been refunded, and your subscription canceled. Sorry for the inconvenience, and may you have a better holiday season to come.
