Worst experience. If you are ordering from Canada -DON'T. Ordered this for my son. Very excited when the notice came that it was ready for pick up at the post office. Only to find out we needed to pay $72 duty. ??!! On a $15 box?! I contacted customer service and was told 'Purolator' over valued the boxes and CDN customers were being charged duty. Needless to say, I refused delivery, much to my child's disappointment. The were very quick to refund me, no hassle at all. 2nd box, exact same experience. Refused delivery again. Lol. Cancelled subscription. Trying with a better company I hope!!!

Waiting on our second box, but posting some feedback. Our first box last month, which we got for the $5 with the coupon was late due to all the storms causing their vendors to not get the products there in time... which I can understand. All items, once we got the box were much bigger than we fish for. It took several tries to get back onto the site to change our "fishing profile" as they stayed down most of the month changing to beta. The day they were due to ship this month we recieved an email informing us that they have decided to move the shipment date out to the 22nd from now on. We are getting this box and giving them one box after that since we updated our profile before we decide to cancel. The items are good brands, just not really things we use here at our lake.

please please remove this company from your list, they are charging people for boxes and they have filed chapter 7, but continue to charge and deliver nothing. Please remove or be aware people!

Just got an email today that they're filing chapter 7. Which sucks seeing as how I've paid for 2 boxes and received none.

OK, they are getting no more chances.. yesterday (day of shipping yet again), we get an email telling us there will be a week delay in shipping due to having to swap over all processer and change out the contents of the box to the new vendors. SO over them.
